We build each frame with a special blend of Tange Prestige and Deda that is unique to Ionic you will not find on other bikes out there.

Lifetime against defect. Repair or replacement is at the discretion of Ionic bikes.

• Rust
• Wear & Tear
• Material Failure
• Failure due to misuse

That being said, we do offer low cost repairs and crash replacement pricing.

If you are ordering a stock size, place the order on the website (after we are out of the pre-order period). If there’s the off chance that we are out of stock of the size that was ordered, customer will be notified and individual situations will be handled as such.
